Reception Today for Chicago ICE Conference Participants

Approximately 40 participants in the 2nd Annual Chicago International Conference on Education will visit the College of Education today for a reception, presentation, and tour.  The reception and presentation will take place from 3 - 5 p.m. on the 7th floor of the Gage Building, in the Center for Continuing Education.  Interim Dean Tom Philion will begin the presentation about 3:30 p.m., and invites all students, faculty, and alumni to attend.  The presentation will provide an overview of Roosevelt University and especially College of Education programs and initiatives.  A reservation is not required to attend.

President Chuck Middleton is a keynote speaker for the conference and will deliver his address, Transformative Learning and Leadership for Better Education, at 9 a.m. on May 23.  Interim Dean Tom Philion also will chair a session during the morning.  For more information about the program, click here: http://www.chicagoice.org/program/.
