Mentorship Opportunities for Undergraduates

The Office of the Provost is actively recruiting Roosevelt students for the pilot year of the Community Partner Mentorship Program.

This mentoring program will embed fifteen students with mentors who hold high-level positions in non-profit offices in Chicago. The program runs from October 2014 through April 2015.  Undergraduate students in any major are invited to apply.

The students who are selected will learn firsthand what it takes to run an organization, enrich their professional skills, and develop a real relationship with a community leader.  Organizations focusing on many social justice issues have already signed on to host an RU protégé. We will work to align students’ interests with fitting mentors.

The website for the program is here:  Interested students can use this website to get more information and apply.
