1. Elizabeth Meadows, associate professor of elementary education, published a chapter entitled "Listening in Interpretive Discussion" in the book Listening to Teach: Beyond Didactic Pedagogy, edited by Leonard Waks.
2. Tammy Oberg De La Garza, Erin Mackinney, and Alyson Lavigne published a journal article, Dual Language Instruction and Achievement: A Need and a Void in the Midwest, in the most recent issue of the Mid-Western Educational Researcher. The article addresses the special topic of Midwestern Perspectives on Bilingual Education: Changing Demographics and Educational Challenges and Opportunities.
